What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders can also be paid with PayPal.

Can I change the shipping address?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order to change the shipping address. However, once the order has shipped, no changes can be made to the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order to cancel your order. However, once the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Can you resend it to the correct address?

We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses that were provided at checkout. If we do receive the package back as undeliverable, reshipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order with the tracking number provided. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. You may also check on the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking number that was provided in the shipping confirmation email to find more information regarding the status of your package. If it has been more than 14 business days since you placed your order, please contact us.
