Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order, please refer to our return policy below:

• You have 14 days to return an item from the shipped date.
• You must contact us to obtain an RMA number. We will then provide you with further return instructions.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• The item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition with the original box and packaging materials.
• Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee if item is not considered damaged/defective.
• We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot refund lost or damaged returns.
• All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us within 24 hours for missing, damaged or incorrect parts upon receiving your package. Please hang onto the item and packaging. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage/defect.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over the package to the shipping courier, it is their responsibility to deliver to the shipping address.
